<li>Staviti ih činiju i preliti pivom.</li>
<li>Ostaviti pileća krilca da odstoje 30 minuta u pivu.</li>
<li>Zagrejati pećnicu na 250 stepeni.</li>
<li>U pleh poredjati pileća krilca i preliti pivom u kom su prethodno odstojala.</li>
<li>Kada primetite da pivo u plehu počinje da vri, smanjite na 220 stepeni i peći dok svo pivo ne ispari a krilca ne dobiju lepu zlatkastu boju.</li>
<li>Meso sa krilaca se lako odvaja a moča je predivna.</li>

<li>Izdinstati crni luk na maslinovom ulju.</li>
<li>Dodati usitnjen beli luk i šargarepu iseckanu na sitne kockice i dinstati 10-tak minuta.</li>
<li>Dodati krastavac iseckane na kolutove i dinstati 15-tak minuta, nakon čega dodati pelat i vodu.</li>
<li>Začiniti po ukusu i kuvati dok sve ne omekša.</li>
<li>Testeninu kuvajte u vodi sa maslinovim uljem i malo soli i šećera.</li>
<li>Prelijte testeninu pelatom i pospite narendanim sirom</li>
